Arkolite was founded with the goal of helping brands navigate change and drive growth in an increasingly volatile and complex business environment.  The traditional model of management consultancy is broken - projects sold in by senior partners and delivered by inexperienced junior consultants; recommendations that lean heavily on data-crunching but are rarely grounded in real-world experience and human understanding; fees based on number of hours spent on an engagement rather than business outcomes; elaborate strategy presentations that do not account for practical implementation challenges.

 

Traditional management consultancies are slow to adapt to new technologies and models of work, fractured by internal silos as a result of the partnership structure; they are highly inefficient and bureaucratic - everything antithetical to what a modern organization needs to be.  Arkolite is a reimagination of what consulting can be - faster, more agile, more outcome-focused and human-centered.

Eugene has more than a decade of advisory experience on both the client and agency-side, having worked with senior leaders from leading global brands including Intercontinental Hotel Group, Starbucks, Microsoft, Samsung, Changi Airport Group and Income, to develop growth strategies, improve customer experience, build loyalty and CRM programs, and drive marketing effectiveness with data and technology.  He is an ambidextrous thinker who has a demonstrated track record of solving complex business problems and delivering results for his clients. 

Eugene graduated from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honors in Computing and subsequently obtained his M.B.A from INSEAD Global Business School.  He has completed executive programs with Stanford, MIT and Berkeley on topics related to Growth Strategy, Design Thinking, Corporate Valuation, and Digital Transformation.  He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Digital Marketer.
